Delivery & Returns Information

At Cheap Bodybuilding Supplements we provide FREE 48hr Shipping on ALL orders to the mainland UK! Orders to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or Islands off the coast of the UK incur a small £2.99 fee due to the extra cost of shipping. *Please see the list of Postcodes that incur this small charge below.

All orders up to 2kg are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class - which is usually a next working day service - and all larger orders, via 48hr courier.

If you want your items sooner than that, we can upgrade any order to 24hr courier for just £2.99.

This only applies to working days - i.e. we do not deliver on Saturday / Sunday as the cost of these out of hours deliveries would impact our low pricing. Also, please try to ensure your order is with us by 1pm to ensure same day dispatch.

Any orders that total £200+ will only be dispatched to the registered billing address, this is purely a security measure to protect customers from fraudulent uses of their billing information.

If an order is returned to us due to customer error then a re-shipping fee of £6.99 is applicable. This is due to the cost of re-packing, and re-shipping that item. A refund of the item can be provided as an alternative, but the shipping cost will have to be taken out of this due to it being a cost we have incurred shipping the item out in the first place. If the error is ours, the item will of course be re-shipped at our cost.

Irish Shipping just £9.99!
We now offer shipping to the Republic of Ireland for a low flat fee of just £9.99! This ensures you get your parcel within 2 working days, for any sized order - big or small!


Returns Information

We want our customers to be happy with the goods they bought, and amazed at our delivery and service. We will take back any faulty good and exchange it for a new one, or refund you in full. Please ensure goods are returned via recorded delivery to ensure it gets here safely, and enclose a note with the package to say when you bought it, and what your name, address, and contact details are so we can find that transaction record.

Goods should be returned in their original, unopened packaging. If you've opened it up, had a few tries and don't like it or want something else, we obviously cannot take it back as it is then unsalable.
