Heavier packages are sent via our courier service (DPD) who have an excellent reputation for speed and service. Lighter items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded - 93% of items sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded are recieved the very next working day. You can feel confident that no matter which service you choose to get your goods dispatched on, you'll recieve them swifty.

2) How long will my items take to be delivered?

If you selected our FREE Economy 48 Hour service, you will receive your item within 2 working days from the point or purchase. This is exceptional value for a free delivery service, and we're very proud of the speed of delivery we offer.

If you would like to get your item even quicker, please select our Express 24 Hour delivery service for just £2.99 extra. This is a flat fee on any size order, big or small, and guarantees it will get to you the very next working day if ordered by 1pm.

All orders must be made by 1pm to ensure dispatch that day. This is to ensure they are picked and packaged in time for our courier pick-up in the afternoon.

A tracking number for your order will be provided on request for items dispatched - simple email or call us for details specific to your parcel.

3) What do you do about returns?

We want our customers to be happy with the goods they bought, and ecstatic about our delivery and service. We will take back any faulty good and exchange it for a new one, or refund you in full. Please ensure goods are returned within 7 days via recorded delivery to ensure it gets here safely, and enclose a note with the package to say when you bought it, and what your name, address and contact details are so we can find that transaction record.

Goods should be returned in original, unopened packaging. If you've opened it up, had a few tries and don't like it or want something else, we obviously cannot take it back as it is then unsalable.
